Our requirements :
- Experience in an auto service or in a position related to vehicle maintenance will be an advantage
- Understanding of vehicle structure and service operations
- Attention to detail and responsibility when working with documentation
- Confident computer skills and proficiency with office software
- Ability to handle large volumes of information
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Organizational skills and the ability to effectively plan workflows
Responsibilities :
- Receiving and verifying customer warranty claims
- Determining the possibility of performing repairs under warranty
- Preparing warranty claims and accompanying documentation
- Entering information into internal accounting systems
- Interacting with service technicians and technical specialists
- Monitoring the deadlines and accuracy of warranty repairs
- Keeping records of warranty cases
- Preparing reports
- Providing consultations to customers on warranty vehicle servicing
