Due to the active development of our business, we are announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Used Car Sales Department. This position is key to our business, and we are looking for an ambitious and experienced professional to manage the department and take the used car sales to the next level.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Management :

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team in Dnipro, Kropyvnytskyi, Cherkasy, and further expansion
  • Conducting regular training, coaching, and evaluating the team’s performance
  • Ensuring effective coordination between regional teams and the central office

Sales Strategy Development and Implementation :

  • Forming and executing comprehensive sales strategies to increase the volume of used car sales
  • Constantly monitoring the market, analyzing trends, and competitors to identify new opportunities and development paths

Sales Performance Control :

  • Setting and monitoring the achievement of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to improve team performance
  • Preparing detailed analytical reports and providing recommendations for company leadership

Customer Service Improvement :

  • Implementing best practices for customer-oriented service, developing service standards
  • Working promptly with customer feedback to ensure high service quality

Financial Management :

  • Developing and managing the department’s budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization
  • Analyzing financial indicators, planning expenses, and forecasting

Collaboration with Other Departments :

  • Close interaction with the marketing department to develop and implement advertising campaigns
  • Cooperation with service centers to ensure the highest level of after-sales service

Adherence to Corporate Standards :

  • Monitoring compliance with internal policies and company procedures, maintaining high service quality standards and corporate values
  • Supporting the corporate culture that fosters continuous professional and personal growth
