- Planning and task decomposition skills
- Ability to analyze employees’ performance and provide feedback
- Negotiation skills and knowledge of sales techniques
- Skills in analyzing and managing business processes
Responsibilities :
- Sales and department planning
- Development of motivation systems for the department as a whole and for individual employees
- Creation of sales manager regulations
- Development and provision of sales tools to employees
- Establishing interdepartmental interaction within the organization
- Developing a control system for managers’ performance
- Organizing training for managers
- Reporting to the dealer and auto center director
- Achieving sales targets
- Analyzing and systematizing the customer base
- Monitoring advance payments and additional charges for vehicles
- Resolving client-manager conflicts
- Timely submission of vehicle supply orders to the logistics department
- Ensuring the cleanliness, condition of workspaces, and discipline within the department
- Resolving warranty issues with clients and preparing necessary documentation
- Selecting employees for the department
