Responsibilities :
- Ensuring the technical operation of buildings, engineering systems, technical means, and equipment.
- Planning, organizing, and preparing the necessary technical documentation for repair works and technical maintenance of buildings and premises, as well as engineering communications (electrical supply, water supply and sewage, heating and gas supply).
- Planning, agreeing on the scope and terms of current repairs, and organizing and ensuring their timely completion.
- Interacting with utility and energy supply organizations, contractors, and supervisory organizations (contract renewals, technical documentation, etc.).
- Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of water supply, electricity, heating, air conditioning, sewage, and ventilation systems. Purchasing firewood.
- Developing and submitting for approval instructions and proposals regarding fire safety and emergency measures.
- Knowledge of applicable legislation, occupational health and safety standards, and technical safety regulations.
- Controlling the quality of repair works and the expenditure of funds, maintaining primary accounting documentation.
- Performing administrative and economic activities.
