Our requirements :
- At least 1 year of experience as a system administrator
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Ubuntu, and local networks
- Practical skills in working with cash registers and office equipment
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and good communication skills
- Willingness to work in a team and assist colleagues
Responsibilities :
- Administering the access control system
- Configuring and maintaining video surveillance systems
- Maintaining local network and internet connections
- Supporting PCs running Ubuntu and Windows
- Administering Windows Server (versions 2019-2022)
- Configuring and maintaining Active Directory
- Working with cash register equipment
- Setting up and maintaining workstations (PCs, cash registers, printers, mobile data collectors, price checkers)
- Handling office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers)
- Receiving and processing employee requests
- Installing, configuring, and updating software
- Supporting employees’ mobile devices
- Responding quickly to technical issues and troubleshooting them
