Our requirements :
- At least 1 year of experience in an auto service
- Knowledge of car construction and the principles of operation of its components and units
- Ability to diagnose vehicle malfunctions
- Higher technical education is preferred
- Confident PC user and experience with 1C, CRM systems
- Presentable appearance
- Ability to persuade and overcome objections
- Desire to grow and develop in the automotive industry
Responsibilities :
- Consulting clients on vehicle repair and maintenance issues
- Receiving service requests and current repair orders from clients
- Preliminary assessment of the scope of work, deadlines, and availability of materials based on the client’s request
- Preparing and processing documents for services and repairs (work orders, acceptance-transfer acts, etc.)
- Transferring the vehicle with accompanying documentation to the service department
- Coordinating with the client and making changes to the work orders related to additional work if malfunctions are found during diagnostics
- Receiving the vehicle from the workshop technician and verifying the completed work according to the work order
- Returning the vehicle to the client
- Adhering to and following the brand standards when working with clients
