We are announcing a vacancy for the position of: Assistant Engineer for Building Operations at the Auto Center.

Key Responsibilities :
- Technical operation of buildings, engineering systems, and equipment.
- Preparation of technical documentation for repairs and maintenance.
- Planning and monitoring of ongoing repairs and deadlines for completion.
- Interaction with utility companies, energy suppliers, and contractors.
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of water supply, electricity, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sewage systems.
- Procurement of materials, including firewood.
- Development of fire safety and emergency procedures.
- Knowledge of labor protection standards, safety regulations, and relevant legislation.
- Quality control of repairs, monitoring of costs, and maintaining primary documentation.
- Administrative and operational tasks.
