Our Requirements :
- At least 1 year of experience working at a car service station (STO)
- Knowledge of vehicle structure and the operating principles of its components and systems
- Ability to diagnose and analyze vehicle malfunctions
- Higher technical education is preferred
- Confident user of PC, 1C, and CRM systems
- Presentable appearance
- Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle objections
- Willingness to grow and develop in the automotive industry
Scope of Responsibilities :
- Consulting clients on vehicle repair and maintenance issues
- Receiving service and repair requests from clients
- Preliminary assessment of the scope of work, estimated timeframes, and availability of materials based on the client’s request
- Preparing and processing documentation for services (work orders, acceptance certificates, etc.)
- Transferring the vehicle along with accompanying documentation to the workshop
- Coordinating with the client and making adjustments to the work order in case additional issues are discovered during diagnostics
- Receiving the vehicle from the workshop supervisor and verifying the completed work according to the work order
- Returning the vehicle to the client
- Adhering to and following brand standards in customer interactions
