Requirements :
- Experience in managerial positions in the automotive service industry for at least 3 years
- Deep understanding of customer service standards and processes in the automotive business
- Knowledge of the principles of official dealership operations and service requirements
- Proven experience in leading a team and managing service processes
- Ability to establish effective communication with clients and continuously improve service quality
- High level of communication skills and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Organizing and coordinating the work of the service department, ensuring compliance with service standards
- Managing the team: training, motivation, and performance evaluation of employees
- Ensuring high-quality customer service, monitoring customer satisfaction, and handling feedback
- Preparing and controlling the service department budget, optimizing costs
- Interacting with suppliers, ordering spare parts, and managing inventory
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the service department’s work and implementing necessary changes
- Reporting to company management on the department’s performance results
