Our requirements :
- Higher legal education
- Relevant work experience of at least 2 years
- Knowledge of commercial, civil, tax, administrative, labor, and land law
- Confident use of state registries
- High level of competence in contract management
- Initiative, responsibility, self-organization, and attention to detail
- Active life position and positive mindset
- Ability to quickly understand the essence of issues and find successful solutions
Responsibilities :
- Full legal support for the company’s operations
- Contract work: development of various types of contracts and their appendices, providing legal assessments (checking compliance with legislation, analyzing and evaluating potential risks, providing comments, additions, corrections, objections, etc.) for received contracts, explaining their terms and legal consequences
- Preparing letters, inquiries, statements, appeals, explanations, proposals, complaints, claims, powers of attorney, resolutions, notifications, etc.
- Preparing responses to requests and inquiries from regulatory and law enforcement bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations of all forms of ownership, individuals, etc.
- Preparing documents for interaction with tax authorities and unlocking VAT invoices/acts
- Cooperation with banks, insurance, and leasing companies (filling out forms, applications, preparing necessary documents)
- Providing verbal and written legal consultations, informational notes, explanations, instructions, etc.
- Conducting claims and litigation activities
- Legal support for procedures to grant the company the status of a critical infrastructure provider and employee reservation
- Monitoring changes in legislation
- Resolving any other current issues arising during the company’s operations
